Our regular Production Time is 5-10 Business Days after artwork paper proof approval and invoice creation. Lead times vary based on product and decoration method so Individual names for example will take 10-12 days as they are done one by one on a separate machine VS multi head machines.
For quantities over 1,000 pcs, please contact your customer service rep for rush, special delivery instructions or specific shipping methods.
When screen printing on towels, especially beach towels the industry standard is using water base inks. With water base inks anyone who prints towels will not be able to do a pure white print., what can be done is a see through look of what we call in our business a light tonal print,it looks like a lighter shade of the towel color, which looks great on dark color towels and some medium color towels. For bright and light color towels, we recommend doing a darker tonal print.

- Sample orders are required by the person or company who orders them (Fax or e-mail). Shipper number must be provided otherwise we will add shipping charges to sample
- On sample orders we normally will ship within 24 hrs.of receiving the request. On urgent sample request please call us to expedite your sample order.
- For samples required for other countries like Canada or the Caribbean Please email us at info@customtowel.com
- Orders for samples totaling more than $10.00 and/or shipper number is not supplied a payment by credit card is required.
- we reserve the right to ship by most beneficial method. Depending on pick up time and in transit performance.
- Random decorated or plain samples from our inventory will be shipped, unless specific requests are received. For specific requests, samples may not be able to ship within 24 hrs.
- For 48 continental USA Normal shipping and handling charges are included in our final invoice price. For Hawaii and Alaska as well as overseas shipping please contact our customer service for shipping rates
- If ordering towels on a pallet Palletizing Fee is $10.00 (h) per pallet.
- Complete shipping instructions must accompany each order.
- Orders will be shipped directly to distributor if “Ship to Address” is NOT provided upon completion of order.
- Unless special shipping methods or instructions are specified, we reserve the right to ship by most beneficial means of transportation.
- All orders are shipped FOB North Lauderdale 33352.
- Shipping carrier is responsible for timely delivery once accepting consignment from our warehouse.
- All claims for Damaged/Defective/Misprinted merchandise, must be made to our office within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No exceptions. Failure to do so will void all claims!
We normally get your order perfectly done however manufacturing standards dictate that custom printed orders be subject to a 5% over / under allowance. For exact quantities, add 5% to the item’s unit price. Orders specifying NO OVERRUNS may receive up to 5% under runs.
We require camera ready art vector art in the following formats: .EPS, .AI and .PDF (PDF files are acceptable if originally were done on an Illustrator as vector artwork.
Your set up charges are included in your total towel invoice price. We do limit changes to about 3. After 3 changes a fee will be added to your total to reflect any charges we occurred for setting up your final logo if needed.
On all repeat orders, placed within 12 months, will have the setup charge waived.
On our standard ink colors which we stock in inventory there is no extra charge, however for special pantone match colors we do have a .35-.50 cents per towel fee added depending on quantities you order.
